Refund Policy

Breakthrough & Rise Global values transparency and integrity in all client relationships. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our services.

General Policy

All purchases of services through Breakthrough & Rise Global are subject to this Refund Policy unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

 

Because our services involve time, preparation, and reserved capacity, all sales are considered final, except as outlined below.

Coaching Sessions (Individual or Group)

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

  • Unused sessions within a coaching package are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Workshops, Programs & Experiences

  • Registration fees for workshops, leadership experiences, and group programs are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request:

  • Transfer of your registration to a future session (if available), or

  • Transfer to another participant with prior written approval.

  • No refunds are issued for partial attendance or early withdrawal.

Retreats & In-Person Events

  • Deposits for retreats or in-person events are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility for remaining balances, if any, will be outlined in the specific event agreement or registration page.

  • Travel, lodging, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant and are not refundable by Breakthrough & Rise Global.

Organizational & Corporate Engagements

  • Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling terms for organizational, corporate, or custom engagements are governed by the signed agreement or proposal.

  • Work already completed or costs incurred are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of participation or engagement

  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations without prior communication

  • Circumstances beyond our control, including personal or scheduling conflicts

 

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Breakthrough & Rise Global.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  • All refund or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and responded to in a timely manner.

Policy Updates

Breakthrough & Rise Global reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
