Stepping into management—or leading at the next level—can feel isolating. Expectations are high, challenges are constant, and most managers are expected to “just figure it out” along the way. The Manager Forum is designed to change that. This 8-week, small-group experience creates a space for managers to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others navigating similar challenges. It combines practical leadership tools with real conversation—so managers aren’t just learning concepts, they’re applying them in real time to their teams, their communication, and their day-to-day decisions. Grounded in the principles of connection and social capital, the Forum helps managers build stronger relationships, lead with more clarity, and create team environments where people feel supported, engaged, and more likely to stay.
